I was going to offer these three songs last Wednesday, but couldn't find three versions to my liking, so decided not to...

Val Doonican was an Irishman who had a great to listen to Irish voice - however, what i noticed, rightly or wrongly, was that as he became more famous his voice seemed to become more Anglicised, which saddened me - simply the pressure of the times i guess...

Anyway, later inth week i decided that i would simply offer Paddy McGinty's Goat as a Sunday offering - but hey, low and behold, today i found some authentically Irish versions of the other two songs, so now feel much more comfortable offering them - enjoy and be uplifted :-) :-) :-) ...
