We all have our free-will choices (some skillful and others unskillful) - so maybe 'should' (rather than 'must') would be a better way of, putting it / expressing such a sentiment???...
However, we should all, quite obviously, one would most emphatically suggest, to greater and/or lesser extents, try to lead our lives as skilfully as we possibly can - if only in order to attain the, best / most pleasant, after-life conditions that we are able to achieve/attain for ourselves (especially so given that we do not most readily know how long we will be perhaps required to abide/reside within such after-life conditions that we will have rightfully earned for ourselves, both individually and collectively, one would most readily suggest)...
We also, most clearly perhaps, have the need to change in terms of regaining an acceptable level/state of natural, planetary / Mother Earth, balance, in order that all life-forms are able to live healthier, more meaningful/'productive' lives (in terms of producing 'good fruits' for both ourselves and others, in terms of our quality of life) - do we not???...
