Some Thinking Music...

I Thought ~ Bryan Ferry...

I first heard this rather interestingly addictive song two days ago now - and find that i really, really like it - the interestingly worded lyrics, the interestingly bouncy nature of the ongoing instrumentation in general, the harmonica, and Bryan's rather wonderful evergreen voice...

Listening to it repeatedly over a short period of time then resulted in me wishing to purchase it - so orft to Amazon i trotted - only to find that it could be purchased within a very attractively priced digital album download, simply titled 'I Thought', so download/purchase it, without hesitation, i did (the audible quality is amazing btw) ...

Such an album (fully titled 'Retrospective - I Thought') contains 7 tracks (3 old ones + 4 (for me anyway) new Bryan Ferry ones) - with the new ones being, 'I Thought', 'Star' (not a standard Bryan Ferry vibe by any means), 'She Belongs To Me' (my second favourite rather bouncy one), and a rather delightful cover of Bob Dylan's 'Make You Feel My Love' - a really well-worthwhile purchase, one would very much suggest :-) :-) :-) ...
