I am listening to CD1 of 'Aviary' by Julia Holter at the moment (new year's eve evening)...

As i was listening to 'Whether' playing on my headphone-connected stereo system, i realised that the volume of Julia's voice needed increasing (i had the overall volume level fairly low at the time)...

...Leading me, within thought, to realise how great it would be to be able to increase both voice and instrumental levels independently of one-another...

This, in turn, then resulted in me expanding such a train of thought further still...

...Thinking, 'wow wouldn't it be fantastic to have some accompanying visually interactive software (in 'graphic equalizer' style/format for example) whereby the levels (bass, treble, volume for example) of each/every voice and instrument (on the presumably differently and more detailed recorded album/music medium) could be both increased and decreased completely independent from one-another' - and wouldn't it also be rather fab to be able to move/reposition each voice/instrument more to the left or the right within our audible experience, if we indeed wished to do so...

...For, by being so enabled, one could custom each and every track to one's own individual preference...

...And then transfer/copy each preferred track of music to one's own personal/portable music player for example...

Such added abilities/options would certainly comprise a jump forward inth music listening/appreciation department, within the realms of the general public, would it not???...

And i bet there are many other people, other than merely myself, who would enjoy the opportunity to 'play' with their musical purchases in a much more in-depth manner/way also - so, as Marc Bolan may well have said, why not 'get it on, bang a gong', and 'get it on' lolz (twood be rather fun no???)...
