Well, it's definitely not an 'advisory' one, that's for sure - for it is not stated as being such/so on the 'Poll card' that dropped through my letterbox a while ago...
And, no doubt, the word 'advisory' will not be stated on the voting form that will be given to each of us when we go to vote on the 12th of December 2019 either...
